*When using thinner material, it becomes difficult to achieve the larger corner radii and straight flange
*The largest dished head roll that can be supplied on machine is the standard dished head roll listed on specifications. Non-standard rolls can be supplied and are quoted individually.
*Machine ratings are in mild steel. When stainless steel or high strength alloys are used, machine capacities must be down-rated.


The #10 Flanging Machine is derived from the Blue Valley Flanging Machine design, and provides a simple alternative means of producing a variety of flanged pieces using an operation that has a less-stressful effect on the material than competitive methods. Central to the functionality of the #10 is its interchangeable upper roll, which plays a crucial role in determining the inside radius—also known as the knuckle radius—of the flange being produced.
